National Chung Hsing University, with the support of the Ministry of Education in 2022, established a Post-Baccalaureate Medicine Program and a College of Medicine, becoming the only national research-oriented comprehensive university with a medical school in central Taiwan. For years, the university has been committed to cultivating diverse high-level talent for the nation. In addition to establishing the Post-Baccalaureate Medicine Program to actively train healthcare professionals dedicated to rural and underserved areas, the university has also fulfilled its social responsibility by aligning with national policies and public needs. With the approval and support of the Ministry of Education, the university established the "Graduate Institute of Clinical Nursing" in September 2023, began its first admissions in November of the same year, and will officially launch on August 1, 2024.
